*If the item received is damaged, non functioning or not as described on our listing it can be returned (we will cover shipping cost back) within 7 days and we will replace it with a new one. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of original.
*We will not be held liable for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise for warranty purposes (it is recommended that buyer use registered post or courier for return).
*Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the post/courier for the full amount of purchase.
*Any returned items that have any sign of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
*Warranty on all equipment will be the manufacturer/s warranty and at the manufacturer/s discretion.

*All costs incurred in returning the product to us for repair are your responsibility unless the item was damaged, non functioning or not as described.
*If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should refuse to accept delivery of the product and direct the courier to "Return goods to sender" and notify us immediately.
*Import taxes (if applicable) & 10% GST are included in the purchase price. A tax invoice will be provided via email upon receipt of payment.
